Jim came home from work last week with a source for free apples. We took Celeste, Garrett, and Corbin out for 2 hours and picked 450 pounds of apples. We spent Friday and Saturday processing all of them into applesauce. We ended up with 120 quarts and 20 pints of cinnanom, brown sugar applesauce.
